Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.
Secure the Garment
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original designer tags attached before placing it back into its original protective packaging.
Apply the Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit.
